Momentum at Scale: Accelerating Shared Success

Dubai’s trajectory is defined by relentless progress and unwavering commitment to global leadership. With an economy forecast to accelerate to 4.5% in 2026, Dubai continues to outperform global growth trends, serving as a powerful engine for international commerce. This is growth by design, not by chance. Guided by the D33 agenda and reinforced by proactive strategic actions, Dubai continues to announce new mega infrastructure projects such as the new Metro Golden Line, worth $12 billion that will enhance the city's mobility. For global enterprises, Dubai is more than a gateway, it is a platform for Momentum at Scale, where ambition becomes tangible outcomes with unmatched speed and certainty.

Meanwhile, China’s “Going Global” strategy has entered a new phase defined by global value creation. Chinese enterprises are moving decisively beyond market entry to deeply embed within Dubai’s dynamic ecosystems. By bringing significant investments to co-build logistics, advanced manufacturing, and digital platforms, these partners are lifting productivity and localizing value, creating a new standard for international partnership. For Chinese companies, Dubai is a launchpad to deepen regional presence, diversify global operations, and unlock new growth. For Dubai, Chinese partners bring scale, technology, and operational excellence, accelerating the city’s shift from vision to action.
